1. Where do you ship?

At the moment, we only offer shipping to the United States and Canada.

If you place your order by 12:00pm on a business day, your order will ship out same day via UPS Ground. You'll receive your order within 6 business days.

2. What's your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges (stock permitting) up to 30 days from the date of purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, use the prepaid return shipping label included with your order. If you no longer have the shipping label, email customer service for a new one.

3. When will I get my order?

Your oder will ship out via UPS Ground from New Jersey. Orders placed by 12:00pm EST on a business day will leave the warehouse the same day.

Orders to the Northeast will arrive in 2-3 business days.
Orders outside the Northeast will arrive in 3-4 business days.
Orders to Canada will arrive in 4-6 business days.

4. Can I cancel my order?

So you changed your mind? No problem. Contact Customer Service with your order number and let us know you want to cancel, and we’ll take care of it.

5. How do I return or exchange a gift?

There are two ways to return a gift.


You can return it for a refund, and the person who purchased it for you will be refunded in full back to their credit card.


Alternatively, you can request an exchange. Just customer service and we'll set you up with a return label and a new size.
